Our commitment

• Pick and Print Co. is working toward WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across our website and customer journey (shopping, checkout, order emails). We aim for improvements that are usable, not just box-checking.

Scope

• This statement covers pickandprint.ca and hosted sub-pages we control. Some third-party apps (payments, tracking portals) have their own accessibility practices—we choose vendors with documented accessibility roadmaps where possible.

Measures we take

• Design & code: semantic HTML, proper form labels, logical heading order, focus states, skip-links, sufficient color contrast, keyboard operability.
• Media & images: descriptive alt text for functional images; decorative images marked as such.
• Documents: customer-facing docs provided in accessible HTML; alternative formats available on request.
• Testing: periodic manual checks with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers; automated scans for regressions.
• Training: ongoing accessibility training for our web/design team.
• Procurement: we favor vendors who align with WCAG 2.x and provide VPATs or accessibility documentation.

Known limitations (actively improving)

• Occasional missing alt text on older product photos.
• Rare focus order quirks on pop-ups or third-party widgets.
• Some color-dependent status messages (we’re adding text equivalents).

Compatibility & tech

• Designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and assistive technologies (e.g., VoiceOver, NVDA). Older browsers or heavily customized settings may reduce compatibility.

• If you’re dissatisfied with our response, please reply to the same thread with “Accessibility Complaint” in the subject. We’ll escalate to our site owner for review and follow-up.
