Your timeline starts after approval. If approval is delayed, your ship date moves accordingly.
We use two professional processes depending on the product:
DTF, Sublimation and Pigment transfer (heat‑press). Both are color‑calibrated in‑house.
DTF – For some products that are larger design and for specific mediums.
Sublimation — for mugs, tumblers, coated items (and select poly‑rich fabrics):
Heat and pressure turn special dye into gas that bonds into a polymer coating/fiber. Results: vibrant color, no cracking or peeling, and long‑lasting prints. Best on white/light bases.
Pigment transfer — for cotton tees/hoodies, caps, and dark fabrics:
We print your design with archival pigment inks and press it using a pro transfer film. Results: sharp color on cotton and dark garments. Expect a slight “hand” (feel) where the design sits, especially on large solid areas.
Sublimation is most vibrant on bright white coatings/fabrics. Pigment transfer is tuned for accurate skin tones and graphics on cotton. Minor variations vs. screen color are normal.

Sizing & Product Care
Use the Size Guide on each product page. Compare measurements to a favourite garment laid flat. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up.
Apparel: Wash inside‑out, cold, gentle cycle. Tumble low or hang dry. No bleach or fabric softeners. Don’t iron directly on the print.
Drinkware: Hand‑wash recommended. Metal tumblers are not microwave‑safe. Disassemble lids/gaskets (and straws) to clean; air‑dry fully before reassembly. Avoid thermal shock (e.g., freezer → boiling water).
Small variations are normal. Screens display RGB light; we print with inks on fabric/coatings. We calibrate for accuracy, but exact matches are not guaranteed.
