• Uploaded images/files (to make your product).

• Fulfill orders, customer support, returns/warranty, site security/fraud prevention.
• Improve our products, site, and processes.
• Marketing with consent (email/SMS). You can opt out anytime.

Sharing

• Processors: payment gateways, printing/fulfillment partners, carriers, email providers, analytics—only as needed to provide the service.
• Legal/safety: if required by law or to protect rights.

Uploaded images & files

• Used only to create your order and provide support.
• Retained for limited periods (see Custom Artwork & Image Rights for file handling).

Cookies & tracking

• Necessary cookies for core functions (cart, login); optional analytics/advertising tools may be used.
• Manage preferences via your browser settings and any in-site cookie controls.

Security & retention

• Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
• Data is kept only as long as needed for the above purposes or as required by law.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your info (subject to legal limits) by contacting hello@pickandprint.ca.
• Opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe link (email) or reply STOP (SMS).

Children

• Our services are for the age of majority in your province/territory. If we learn we’ve collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we’ll delete it.
