Return Policy

We’re a small Canadian shop that puts a lot of care into every custom piece we make. Still, things can go wrong sometimes, and we always want to make it right.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll work with you to fix it.

Custom items (made-to-order)

Because custom items are made just for you, they are final sale once production starts. The $7 vector artwork fee is non-refundable once artwork has started, which is after 3 days from your order date.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 3 calendar days of purchase as long as production and vector artwork have not started — we’ll refund you in full.
• If vector artwork has started but printing hasn’t, you can still cancel within those 3 days, but the vector artwork fee $7 will not be refunded.
• After 3 days or once printing begins (whichever comes first), the order cannot be cancelled.
