Production (“make time”)
- Custom orders: 4–7 business days to produce before shipping.
- If a proof/clarification is needed, the production clock starts after your approval.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon Atlantic count as next-business-day for production timing.
- Statutory holidays and extreme weather may add time; we’ll post notices if so.
Estimated transit time (after production)
- Atlantic (NS, NB, PE, NL): ~1–3 business days (Canada Post Expedited)
- Quebec & Ontario: ~2–5 business days
- MB / SK / AB: ~3–7 business days
- BC: ~4–8 business days
- Territories (YT, NT, NU): ~6–14 business days
Remote/air stage and weather can add a few days.
Services & options
- Tracking: provided for most services; you’ll get a tracking link when we ship.
- Signature Required (where available): choose at checkout.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): you can authorize drop-off without a signature; risk of loss transfers on successful delivery scan.
- P.O. Boxes: Canada Post only. Canpar cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Rates & fees
- Rates are calculated at checkout from the carrier (no U.S./international options shown).
- Oversize/remote-area surcharges may apply (shown at checkout before you pay).
- We do not charge a separate “handling fee.”
Address rules
- Include full unit/buzzer info (e.g., “Unit 503 / Buzzer 503”).
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed pickup window, re-ship fees apply.
Delivery issues & investigations
- “Delivered” but not received? First check with household/neighbours and the carrier.
- Still missing? Email hello@pickandprint.ca within 7 days of the delivery scan; we’ll open a trace.
- Damaged on arrival: email photos of the item, packaging, and label within 48 hours so we can file a claim and replace it fast.
Split shipments
- Items may ship separately depending on product type and packaging. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
In-flight changes
- Address changes/redirects after shipment are not always possible and may incur carrier fees. Ask us at hello@pickandprint.ca—we’ll try.
What counts as “business days”
- Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 Atlantic Time, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
