Ordering & contract
- A contract forms when we accept your order and send a confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailable materials); if charged, you’ll be refunded.
Pricing, taxes & errors
- Prices are in CAD and shown before taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- If we discover a pricing or description error, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel.
Payment & security
- Payments are handled by third-party processors; we don’t store full card numbers.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method at checkout.
Production timeline & shipping basics
- “Processing/Production” is the time to make your custom item; “Shipping” is carrier time.
- Risk of loss transfers on delivery to your address (or upon pickup/authority-to-leave, if chosen).

- You grant us a limited license to reproduce/modify your files only to fulfill your order.

Acceptable use
- Don’t upload or request content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or infringes others’ rights. We may refuse such orders.
Warranties & limits
- We warrant materials/workmanship within reasonable print tolerances (e.g., minor color/placement variance).
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Changes to terms
- We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version.
Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
