What Is Pick & Print Partner Fulfillment?
Pick & Print Partner Fulfillment is our white-label print-on-demand service for businesses that want to sell personalized and custom-printed products without producing every order themselves.
Each order can contain a different:
- Customer photo

- Date

- Personalization request
Once the final artwork is approved, Pick & Print produces the item, packages it and ships it directly to your customer or to your preferred fulfillment location.
How It Works
1. Your Customer Places an Order
Your customer orders through your Shopify, WooCommerce or other ecommerce store and submits their personalization details.
2. You Approve the Personalization
You review the customer’s photo, text and design before sending the order to Pick & Print.
Customer-approved artwork should be considered final before production begins.
3. Send the Approved Order to Pick & Print
During the pilot stage, orders can be submitted through a private partner order form, CSV, structured order submission or another agreed workflow.
4. We Produce the Order
Pick & Print prints and personalizes the product according to the approved artwork and order details.
5. We Pack and Ship
Orders can be shipped directly to your customer using tracked delivery or shipped in bulk to your warehouse or 3PL.
6. Tracking Is Returned to Your Store
Tracking information can be provided back to your business for customer notification and order management.
White-Label & Blind Fulfillment
Direct-to-customer orders can be fulfilled without Pick & Print promotional materials.

Customers can preview their personalized product before approving the design and completing checkout.

A one-time White-Label Customizer Setup Fee applies for configuration, branding and integration.
Additional fees may apply for custom product templates, advanced functionality, complex product configurations, ongoing maintenance or additional integrations.

New fulfillment partnerships normally begin with a small pilot.

Personalized Artwork & Customer Approval
Every personalized order may contain completely different artwork.
Partners are responsible for reviewing customer personalization and obtaining final approval before submitting an order for production.
Approved artwork should be submitted as a production-ready file whenever possible.
Accepted formats may include:
- JPG
- PNG
- Other approved production formats
If artwork requires significant preparation, correction, redesign or customer revisions, additional artwork charges may apply.
Pick & Print can also discuss optional design support for partners who need assistance preparing customer files.

Damage and Remake Policy
Pick & Print will review production defects and transit damage reported within the agreed reporting period.
Eligible issues may include:

- Products damaged during shipping
Photos of the product and packaging may be required.
Issues caused by customer-approved artwork, incorrect spelling, incorrect personalization, wrong shipping addresses or partner-submitted order errors are generally not eligible for free remake.
